I verify that I have never before taken a class and that my permanent residence or place of employment is located within 40 miles of the studio that I am booking my introductory class. I acknowledge and understand that I may be asked to provide proof of residence and/or employment upon check-in and that a drop-in fee may apply if I am unable or unwilling to do so.
